About this story
Our friends at Tamminya House recently let us know how our donated linen is helping them to help others. The team provide short term emergency housing to families facing a crisis and we are humbled to be able to assist them in their incredibly important work.
Volunteer Glenda shared how Simba linen is being used at their emergency accommodation facilities and that Tamminya House’s manager was “really happy to say that once a resident is back on their feet and they have found independent accommodation, she has been gifting them a Simba doona or blanket so that they have something lovely and new to start afresh.”
The team are also supported via their Opportunity Shop in Upper Ferntree Gully, Melbourne, pictured above.
